By participating in this event and receiving a free haircut, you acknowledge and agree that the haircut services are being provided on a voluntary, charitable basis. You understand that the event organizers, volunteers, and any associated partners or sponsors are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or damages that may occur as a result of the haircut or any related services. By accepting a free haircut, you assume full responsibility for any risks and release the organizers and all associated parties from any and all claims or liability.

Participation in the giveaway raffle is free and open to all attendees—no purchase necessary. Each participant may enter only once. Entry does not guarantee a prize, and winners will be selected at random. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing to claim their prize. Prize cannot be shipped, traded for cash or any other item of similar value, or picked up at a later date. Prize must be picked up the day of the event/drawing.
